#ImYourNurseYouAreSafeWithMe

Let's talk delirium.

These are the first words anyone experiencing delirium should hear at their bedside.

Words matter and the message should be simple, clear and comforting:

I’m your nurse, you are safe with me.

We made this website to improve understanding of delirium. We want to use it to ensure that every contact the care worker (nurse, formal/ informal carer or other health professional) has with a person experiencing delirium gives a sense of security and starts to address the psychological impact of delirium as well as the physical ones.

Please watch the film, share the message and say these words:

I’m your nurse, you are safe with me

To join the campaign, please consider adding our message "I'm your nurse, you are safe with me." to your email banner.

This site exists to share knowledge about delirium, to get us all talking and thinking about it.

You can learn more about delirium below, access resources for healthcare professionals, and learn more about delirium in different contexts.
